With perks like volt shot, incandescent and violet rounds why would you need it

Volt shot is getting a nerf volatile rounds is still the hardest of the 3 to utilize atm and incandescent deals low damage and is pretty much exclusively for synergy. Necrochasm's perk got a buff in the final year that made it activate when getting a kill either headshot or bodyshot they could also make the explosion bigger.
