The new old more like it. I just find it disheartening that they can’t even bother beyond the literal bare minimum of actually updating Seasonal content and expansion drops. When did the expectations from players drop so low that they decided they would settle with newly added roadblocks to count as “updates”? Were this to happen back around Vanilla/CoO, the whole of the forums and social media would light up like a spasming Christmas tree.
