I think that was a bonus loot chest since I found 2 others that gave loot so either it's a specific one or we have to wait till next reset

Plus why would bungee change it up like last week we got the upgrade by going back in there after you complete the quest and you interact with all the buttons and you get your upgrade by opening the chest that appears. So you would think the same would apply when you rescue that little prisoned vex goblin ...

I didn't but I found multiple chests throughout the place that gave loot and no intrinsic so I'm saying it's possible they're doing a 4 week quest and this week gave us the ability to get extra loot instead of an upgrade

Okay then but I kind of feel like though if they were going to do that the upgrade will be next week why even give us the quest in the first place when that quest is supposed to be associated with the third upgrade... Yeah I'm using real logic the bungee uses logic that makes no freaking sense whatsoever 🤣 kind of like how it's unlogical to Nerf resilience when you're going to spike up the difficulty. Aww Bungie
