So, I may have found the issue.
I bought the game on Steam and then activated cross save to bring my Xbox characters over to my PC.
Does doing this disable the Lightfall license on my PC? I understood the part about cross save deleting any character on my PC account when I enabled it, but don't remember anything about my PC license being revoked.

So far, I've submitted this form. Submitted this forum topic, and left an email with support.
I also called the bungie support phone number which hung up on me instantly 5 times.
It shouldn't be this hard to get help for content I've already purchased.
