No one likes a know-it-all.
Look man, if you want to remind someone it's void burn this week, or that a certain weapon has a anti-barrier, fine. However, being that guy that starts an argument about my build is ridiculous. I know my builds, I know my load out, I know why I'm using something, and when I'm using it. You being toxic doesn't help anything. Stop telling me to up resistance on Titan, stop telling me to use deadfall on Hunter, stop telling me to use a felwinters is some kind of must-have on warlock. You're not even correct. Resistance on arc titan for what? A slightly quicker dodge cool down? Wether I'm a 100 resilience or 10 resilience, a sniper shot to the head will still one tap me in grandmasters. You know what DOES stop it? Ionic traces, I get them through grenades and melees. I've soloed this week's dungeon BEFORE any of the 3.0s. Deadfall to make YOU invisible? At the cost of a fourth fragment because YOU weren't prepared?! f*** off. In what world would I ever trade NOT DYING AND GENERATING EIGHT ORBS OF LIGHT for fYlinG GoOd sUpeR?

It seems to me that people were giving you advice on how to better optimize your build/loadout in order to find success in whatever activity you were tackling but due to your own stubbornness and the fact that you yourself are an apparent know it all, you simply refused to take it. As someone who has Sherpa’d over a hundred people through both raids and dungeons I can safely say that sometimes people need to be given direction in order to successfully complete the content being played. This is especially true if they are very clearly inexperienced. Your current setup is fantastic for patrols so by all means show the Dregs in the Cosmodrome that you mean business. However you’ve never cleared a raid, you’ve done a total of three full dungeon clears, and you’ve done a single GM (which is one of the easiest). You have virtually zero endgame experience. You say that you’ve soloed Shattered Throne and yet your stats clearly indicate that you’ve never even cleared it. Let me guess, this is a new account lol. If you want to continue to be a patrol and strike playlist hotshot then have at it but if you ever want to graduate to higher end activities then you might want to listen to more experienced players when they try and bestow knowledge upon you instead of arguing with them about aspects of the game that you clearly don’t understand. Resilience has unquestionably been one of the most important stats across all characters in PvE. At T6 (which is what you have) you receive a 14% damage reduction and at T10 you receive a 40% damage reduction which is not a small difference. T10 is even more important for a Titan due to the fact that it’s tied to the Titan’s class ability. I can literally pop a barricade and before that barricade even disappears I can pop a second one. But yes, you’re absolutely right, T10 isn’t important or helpful lol. Also with full Resilience you most definitely do not get one shot by snipers in GM’s. Especially if you have the proper damage resist mods on your chest piece. Also the fact that you’re bringing up the Hunter’s Deadfall super in relation to making other players invisible as well as fragment slots very clearly indicates you don’t have a clue what you’re talking about lol. Deadfall is a super and it’s not tied to either of those things. Aspects dictate fragment slots and invisibility, not supers. Anyway. Enjoy the delusions and strike playlist, champ lol. 😘

So let me get this straight, You are willing to compromise for people who will compromise for you, and nobody else? What if everyone else is running REALLY good builds and they don't need to change anything because YOU are the problem? Will you tell them they must be the issue because "i kNoW wHaT i'M dOiNg" If you won't actually listen to others and at least try out different builds then you yourself are the problem buddy. I usually have extremely good builds for different activities, but if someone suggests another build if something isn't working, I'm always happy to try it out in case it works better than my current setup. If it doesn't work you can VERY EASILY change back. As for running thundercrash in GMs this season, you are a season too late for that. It worked EXTREMELY well last season because it was pretty much all ARC burn. This season they are all VOID burn. Perhaps try doing something other than the being the stereotypical crayon eater dumb titan that just wants to punch and not use your brain. I say this as a titan main, but not all of us are completely braindead from smashing our heads into enemies. Final note, listen to your betters and perhaps you'll have a chance to "git gud".

If people constantly tell you your build is bad, there's a good chance your build is bad Edit: Your build is bad. HOIL was nerfed, you really should look at refreshing your loadout. IDK the current titan meta, but I haven't seen hardly anyone use it in PvE since the nerf

12 通の返信your titan has t6 resilience and t4 recovery. you are SO close to t10 discipline you are running t9 strength and your mobility is higher than your recovery... on your titan man... you suck at buildcrafting. you should take the advice you're given.

I stopped reading when you said a sniper shot will one shot you even with 100 resil. That's incorrect, with 60 resil and a sniper resist mod you can tank a hit but with 100 resil you don't need the mod to tank the hit.

Just make sure you got the GM modifiers covered. And if you wanna say you got it down, then you better not die a lot in the GM, or then you have foot in mouth situation.

2 通の返信Yeah I don't care much for those types either, I know my build, I know my characters, and I know my gear. I'll take recommendations under advisement, but in the end it's my call what I use. Likewise I will never tell anyone else what to do or how to gear up. As long as you pull your weight we'll have no problems.
