Please check to make sure that you are logging into the correct account. Please note that game data is saved on Bungie's servers and is tied to the accounts that they were created on.

I cannot login with my original account because your login mechanism doesn’t work with an email. I have to use my Xbox, Steam, epic or PlayStation account. My old account was connected to the same Microsoft account like this one. The old account was also connected to my Steam account, my epic account and my psn account. None of these working. I guess the only way to reactivate my account is to look up in your database and check if there are two accounts with the same Microsoft account connection.

What do you mean when you say the login method does not work with an email? Bungie.net utilizes login mechanisms from the platform. If you are having issues logging into that account, please provide the error code you are receiving.
