I imagine two different sections of the postmaster with the same size, to fill the screen. One is for everything non legendary, other is for legendaries. maybe even a third for engrams, or put them with legendaries. All should have the option to dismantle all of them at the same time.
Postmaster rework is long overdue, or even just a better notification system for a full postmaster, maybe even a menu that lets you dismantle lost items, in orbit, after an activity. would be very nice

2 通の返信God Bungie just need to get rid of Blues for anyone who is over the hardcap..they are completely useless

48 通の返信The only thing long overdue is how long it is taking for kids like you to realize the postmaster is NOT a second inventory.

3 通の返信No, the postmaster should not be storage, what we need instead is to remove ways to exploit the postmaster to store items.

We just need to be able to toggle dismantling of blues. Unless they’ve been trying and do not know how to get this to work without breaking the game, like auto dismantling of everything, I don’t get why this hasn’t been implemented in D2 yet.

Honesty, if they just increased the resource caps on Upgrade Modules, Enhancement Prisms, Ascendent Alloys, and Ascendent Shards I would be happy. Postmaster isn’t meant as storage, but our current storage is staggeringly little for these important resources. Most people I know grind and stockpile. It’s frustrating that we can’t keep stockpiles in a safe place. My proposition: - Increase Enhancement Prism storage from 50 to 100. - Increase Upgrade Module storage from 25 to 100. - Increase Ascendent Alloy and Ascendent Prism storage from 10 each to 25 each.

5 通の返信I dont really have a problem with the Postmaster lost and found system or its size. My issue is that it can get bloated by Blues after a few GM runs or farming activities in general. Blue items should automatically dismantle or not drop at all after a player hits the seasonal Hard cap, imo. Again, never really found an issue managing my Postmaster, just would be a QoL change so we all aren't playing Dismantle Simulator after Hard cap.

3 通の返信Dark Tekka Zeroにより編集済み: 7/24/2022 5:24:37 AMthat is a lot of space already but better notification when the vault is full would be nice. *BUNGIE DON'T SUE ME THIS IS JUST FEEDBACK!! LOL

1 返信We don't need more postmaster space. We just need blues removed from the game completely. And things like alloys and other shards just need to be a number currency instead of an item taking up space.

9 通の返信
Postmaster rework is long overdue
Agreed. They need to put a 24 hour limit on postmaster items so people will stop using the postmaster as storage.

3 通の返信TheShadowにより編集済み: 7/24/2022 10:53:00 PMImagine a developer knowing how to design a game. The truth is, if there wasn't so much garbage in this game, there wouldn't be an issue with the postmaster. What cracks me up the most is how the Bungie fans say "stop using the postmaster as vault space", but good old Bungie designs items to be stuck in the postmaster that takes hours to dismantle that will end up pushing out better rewards 😄🤦♂️ Edit: All jokes aside, Bungie has the option to utilize items and minimize the overflow of unnecessary items going to the postmaster. They also have the option of having things go straight to your inventory stacking as most items should (instead of going to the postmaster taking up space to where by (((design))) some items stack in the postmaster with no option to dismantle all at once,) taking up space for absolutely no reason at all other than to waste a players time at the tower. And, they also have the option to use the collection. After 8 years of feedback about this through this Forum, Reddit, etc... we shouldn't have to be giving any feedback to Bungie at all about this. As a developer, they should know better by now on what to do to minimize the actual problem, period, but they literally choose to ignore it and flood the game with items. So, what does Bungie do instead of using common sense with years of feedback and at least try to work with the community? Their idea was to put the shop in the directory to push the useless garbage into the player base's face when they can also put the postmaster there as well. Seeing how fast and easy it was for them to do it with the shop they can do it with the postmaster. It would save Bungie and the players base the headache.

2 通の返信Corrick IIにより編集済み: 7/25/2022 12:56:36 AMBungie can’t hide behind “that’s not what the postmaster is there for” any more. We’re well past the point where a meaningful update should have happened. Regardless of its original purpose, Bungie’s own loot system necessitates an overhaul to the utility of this feature, and if the real reason they haven’t is something more complicated and technical, then they should just be honest and say it. Not addressing it just makes them seem ambivalent, or worse, incompetent.

I f they got rid of the blues it wouldn't be a problem. It's all very good and well for those that say that it's not storage however i don't want to be running back to the postmaster every half hour to clear the garbage accumulated.
-
9 通の返信the only thing that's long overdue are getting rid of blue drops at pinnacle and having asc shard and prism capped at 10 and 50 respectively. like, why? the only reason i care about -blam!- getting pushed out of postmaster is cause it's the only way of storing additional materials that are often sorely needed

1 返信The stench of elitism is strong in this thread, but I guess that should be expected from the hoard of bungie apologists that exist in this forum.

all these people assuming i want to use it as a second inventory when in reality i just want my game flow to stop being abrupted by blues pushing out legendaries. plenty of fixes for that, i just suggest a few. Yall gotta work on your gaslighting lol this thread just WREAKS of elitism

CAD1420Zにより編集済み: 7/24/2022 6:50:48 PMI find it sad that basic inventory management is apparently beyond people. No, you should not use is as extra storage because it's not meant to be extra storage. Is it useful to have prisms and shards sitting in there for when you eventually find something good to masterwork after hitting your personal cap? Yes, technically speaking, it is, to have that extra reserve. But tell me, how often do you blow through 100 enhancement prisms and 20 ascendant shards that you NEED to store 50/10 in the post master? Honestly people.
