You're ignoring a core issue with "earning" your armor rolls: RNGesus hates people. Anyone can run into the issue of being unable to find a good roll for an armor piece they need (i.e. I've had this issue before with the warlock exotics mostly, though I still can't find a roll that I like for Celestial Nighthawk either). Xur's armor rolls before the bug could l save people time from having to spend hours potentially just for 1 exotic drop and it turns out to be a worse roll (i.e. Xur sold Orpheus Rig at one point in the past and it was a better roll than all the copies I had gotten up to that point (mostly mobility and resilience roll but, better than the even stat rolls I'd been getting previously)). With that in mind, consider that next time you complain someone didn't *earn* their armor rolls because it might just turn out you're being disingenuous and ignoring the fact the player may have been getting screwed by RNGesus.

Yeah….when the world drops or also low stats, that doesn’t help either.
