bungie store zip code validation failed
hello, i recently wanted to order the new soundtrack but when i want to hit complete order it tells me that my zip code isn't correct when it is. i have seen solutions where you change or reset you address but that doesn't work for me plus my address isn't needed for the soundtrack. I've also emailed support and gotten a response saying they have a a lot of support emails in and i have to wait and nothing else. worst part is that bungie store actually charged my back for the order when i haven't gotten a confirmation email or anything similar. if a moderator responds do not tell me to contact support as i already have and i have read other people have with no response. i just want a solid answer to fix this issue.

Which is weird bc I ordered things from them before with the same address and now its invalid? both my billing and shipping address been the same since I started. Update: My "pending charges" has been dropped. The Customer service did responded, however, not very helpful answering as to why now my zip is invalid or why it happened other than "Please try and back out of the cart and retry checkout and enter your address. If your are still experiencing an error please provide a screenshot with a time stamp". Thx but no thx, I ain't gonna give my card out (even edit censored) but mostly have another pending charge to maybe a charged, or worse have my card locked. Honestly disappointed with Bungie Store with this known error. Welp so much for ordering my bungie rewards. [spoiler]hello Ebay and or Mercari![/spoiler]

5 通の返信im having this issue with the bungie raid my first ever got it done the day before the cut off and i cant buy it not to mention now there is a $150 charge on my bank i cant do anything about. can you send me the email you contacted ?

4 通の返信Sorry, I'm not a moderator, and I am having this issue as well. I tried to place an order, it said zip validation error, didn't give me an order number and still charged my card. If you don't mind, would you let me know if you find a solution to the issue?
