Try booting the PS4 into recovery mode , from the recovery menu choose rebuild database to see if that fixes your problem

Glad i could help , the reason that reinstalling the game does not work is because the filesystem is corrupted.. this leads to the system not being able to find files or access them, even though all files are present . so the problem wasn't the game but the file index on your PS4 , should you ever have abnormal issues like random jitters or black screens or just weird issues in general , try that rebuild option as it fixes 99 percent of the issues you can have with a PS4 Have fun playing and maybe we will meet on the battlefield
