Broken legs
Bungie please stop continuously creating "CRUTCH" weapons. Witherhord, Ticcu's, etc..all these weapons that require zero skill. The best part of this game is the gun play. But now you dont even have to aim. Just point and click. Yes they have an application but if i have to go through another play list activity with a random that cant switch weapons bc hipfiring a ticcu bow is "the goat", I'm gonna lose it.

29 通の返信Lemme guess, you got 1-shot by a Salvager’s Salvo when you ran into a Control match because you went into a wide open lane instead of using map awareness and decided that any weapon that isn’t ads-exclusive is the work of the devil? Ticuu’s and Witherhoard are the last things I’d expect somebody to whine about honestly, especially with the prominent usage of 120 HCs in the Crucible right now and Felwinter’s body-shotting being as much of a problem as it is. Simple as simple is, fighting the weapon type is the most successful way of countering them. If you get a hit from Ticuu’s burn then break line of sight and get to cover. If you know Witherhoard ‘nades are being lobbed your way then jump to avoid and stay away from low-ceiling hallways. Hell, even Jötunn is easy to jump around if you know where it’s being launched from. I swear, all the problems that are in this game and folks wanna nitpick about dumb ones that they made up because it inconveniences [i]them[/i] rather than the whole of the players. Smh.

1 返信This game was originally designed with consoles in mind. Yeah the controllers are not as great as mouse and keyboard but with crossplay coming soon these weapons will even things out. I have familiar tremors and I use weapons that will help with aim. I'm on original xbox one so weapons like Ticuu's, Jotuun, and such really help me out. This is the most accommodating game I know. Even though the aim assist will annoy me sometimes. So broaden your mind! There'll be people like me who love the balance they're trying to achieve. Soon it'll be controllers vs. mouse and keyboard. It's an ambitious idea.

So if by your own admission these weapons have an application then what is the logic in asking Bungie to stop making them? Like in the Presage mission, Witherhord is incredibly useful but there's no way you're going to finish that mission if you attempt to use it as your main weapon. The skill in using these weapons is knowing when to switch to something else. Like in PvP, Witherhord will catch some players unaware but you are going to get slaughtered against good players who know how to use a handcannon. None of these general area effect weapons will ever become the dominant ones in most activities because they are suppression weapons at best. To really nail an enemy you need focused power because tougher enemies will destroy you long before your Witherhord types destroy them. Anyways these weapons aren't going away any time soon so you're going to have to find a way to come to terms with them.

These weapons are what seperate those with skill and those without because those with skill will not fall into using them, nor fall prey to them. If your so upset about them existing, then maybe you haven't the skill necessary to evolve beyond them. What's interesting is that you have the same access to these weapons as everyone else, yet you still cannot compete nor meet expectations. and that should tell you all you need to know about your little "problem".
