If we're gonna talk about the Fallen's past as eliksni you can't gloss over Chelchis The greatest eliksni of all time and the only story to have survived in the minds of every fallen. Aside from Variks who would still remember the old days etc... Chelchis is the only reason the Eliksni were even able to survive the armageddon that was Oryx's arrival. And yes, the fall of the Eliksni is sad but what they became upon arriving in sol is anything but deserving your sympathy. I mean have you seen the house of Devil's? those are human bones......EVERYWHERE! There's a reason saladin is adamant about not allying with these forces who have been hell bent on our extinction up until like a year ago. And for anyone who played during season of the dawn, you worked side by side with Saint-XIV during the height of power for the fallen and its easy to understand why we've been at war with the fallen for so long. It's really only recently that the fallen have been so completely beaten that they are desperate for hope. They no longer know why they are space pirates, what their culture was, why they fight, they are very very pitiable at this point in the story and I'm excited to see how Mithrax will bring them into the fold.....

As a citizen of the Imperium of Man, I have no sympathy for any foul xenos. They deserve to be purged along with worshippers of Chaos.

I would also like to note that in regards to those few outliers of fallen, we have treated them accordingly; they are still alive, despite the fact that we have had ample opportunities to end them. We even assist house of light from escaping Europa. The issue isn’t that alliance is impossible, but that you seem to be trying to vilify our actions against the general fallen race when it is them who came to OUR system to try and wipe us out while we were down so they could take the traveler for themselves.

You seem to forget that they also seek to get the traveler back and to do so have been killing humanity for being in the way of that goal.
