The current state of the hunter vanguard breaks my heart.
Hunters have been without leadership now for almost two full years.
And after watching Byf's lore video on Tommy's matchbook it hurts even more. Think about this: both the warlocks and titans have had two of their greatest returned to them, Osiris and Saint-14. The vanguard's response to Cayde's death was weak. No wonder the Hunter's are scattered.

The hunters are scattered because [u][i]none of them want to be vanguard[/i][/u]!! Being a hunter is about disorganization and they all enjoy not having a vanguard to boss them around. It would be better if we never have another hunter vanguard.

% Im sure Uldren will be a way for the Hunters to finally feel like they have someone, even if it hurts to see the guy who killed their mentor live to be a Guardian. Hunters seem to be meant to have tragic tales. They're scattered and like to do things on their own. They dont really have a purpose. So it makes sense that it would eventually come back to bite them considering they arent as established as Warlocks and Titans.%
