Titan Struggles
Its not fun playing as a Titan anymore.
We got straight nerfs to our classes and exotics. The exotics that did get buffed will never be good, and the exoitcs that we had that were good have been nerfed to Kephri's horn level of useful. Shoulder charge is just Rng now.
Theres just no fun in playing as a Titan anymore. I thought Auto Rifles would save me and keep me in the game but honestly even trying too have fun as a titan is near impossible.

I never used One-eyed mask. Never. I thought it was cheese but that doesnt take away from it being one of titans best exotics out there. They ruines it. Now were left with nothing but memes as exotics. Just memes.
Saint-14 is good but thats really it.

3 通の返信Its more than just that. Its the hunters running rampant with their broken class that’s been like that since the beginning of D2. Stand strong, my friend. Either it gets better or this whole game crashes on top of itself.

"boo hoo, one eyed mask got nerfed and now I don't have wallahacks and can't play like a rushing shotgun monkey"" BUDDY, Middle tree voidwalker got -blam!-ing obliterated, they also nerfed stormcaller for NO REASON even though no one, and I mean N O O N E, was using it especially on PvP PLUS you guys got a new exotic that cheeses PvP corner picking. YOU CAN SHOOT THROUGH YOUR WALLS(OH and your wall got a 100 health buff). I swear to god if I see one more titan saying "oh titan is so bad/boring cause they nerfed x "TOTALY NOT CHEESY AND OP THING" I WILL SERIOUSLY MURDER SOMEONE!

The new Thundercrash buffs make it IMMENSELY better. Add the Monte Carlo to almost any skill tree and you have a recipe for awesomeness. Want more dps? Put on Code of the Fire-Forged/Devastator with Synthoceps. Sunbreaker ad clear? Code of the Siegebreaker with Phoenix Cradle. This also has the bonus of giving Sun Warrior to your teammates. Imagine Celestial Nighthawk GG with Sun Warrior. Wanna run bubble? Put on the Helm of Saint-14 or Synthoceps again. Sentinel ad clear? Code of the Aggressor with Doomfangs. Our list of good exotics is [i]very[/i] slim, but we still got some good shit. If you're talking about PvP I've been doing pretty well since the start of the new season. Shoulder Charge abilities are still usable if you're smart and Ballistic Slam is better than you might think. Most people don't expect you to use Ballistic.

3 通の返信Sounds like someone’s never played warlock. While titans are getting the most broken exotic I’ve ever heard of (citan’s ramparts), warlocks are getting 3 useless exotics, 3 years in a row. They nerfed the only good thing about middle tree void, handheld, but oh yeah they buffed nova warp. +2% damage resistance. Nah. That’s not even enough to count as a change. Whereas they nerf stormtrance, the second worst warlock super, and don’t even touch the already horrible dawnblade. And refuse to give vortex lance or shatter. So don’t even complain about titans, because you get some actually decent stuff, while warlocks are just forgotten.

I don't agree. The one eyed mask "nerf" might have made it better than it was before the patch because now you are more likely to win the second engagement you enter. That was part of the reason why it was so obnoxious to fight before they got rid of the overshield and they just gave it back after ditching the tracking. I'm not going to argue that the tracking was a strong point of the exotic, but a health restore and overshield in combat matters way more than a tracker unless you are playing campy. The amount of times the overshield has won me battles vs the tracker is so vast it's not even funny, especially since most engagements don't really even need the tracking because you are aping or dueling in the first place. And since radar is so good already, you basically didn't even need it. The buffs titans got to their exotics though felt more like bug fixes than actual buffs and in that department I can understand.

4 通の返信I like the new exotic. Makes it so you and your teammates can shoot through your barricade. Downside: it makes it weaker.

19 通の返信Are you serious bro? We just got given a barricade exotic we can shoot through On top of that inertia override now procs On a ballistic slam giving a damage boost. Even on top of that ashen wakes are now a wombo combo returning full energy yep full on a grenade kill. All you need to do is shoot a demolitionist perk weapon once and it's instant reload rinse repeat I guarantee you this will get nerfed due to so enjoy it go crazy Linear actuators now chain 20 metres which is ridiculous. This is easily season of the Titan and it's about time Anateus Wards are even better improved now and we even have actium war rig which reloads a portion the new potential meta weapons

That's just dumb. I damn near switched to Titan main this season because it's really good atm and Hunter isn't. Warlock is still great in pve though so I decided on that, but Titan is every bit as good. I think you just aren't very good as a Titan. Barricade was useless anyway except in pvp.

6 通の返信I understand why they nerfed Barricade but they should have compensated us in some way for it. No 500->600 health is not compensation... My Barricade Buff: - Removes all melee lunge (can no longer melee lunge through the barricade) - Barricade now deals significantly more damage and slows you down while in it [b]or[/b] - Barricade is able to kill - Slightly faster deployment - Remove rally and replace it with Armor Lock from Halo Reach😅.

I'm not currently playing with the new matchbox exotic seems like it can get some use from a Titan considering the buffs and regen they can achieve through skill trees. Bottom tree striker, top tree sentinel. Not to mention punching shit makes it all worthwhile anyway hahaha

I’m still having fun in my titan but I completely understand what you mean. They need to add another benefit to barricades. Like how hunters get invis and stormcallers get arc soul. Increased reload speed honestly isn’t even worth using rally
