Yeah you think that's bad, the "kills and medals" portion of the Throwing Knife quest is -blam!-ing excessive. Drop 20-30 kills a game for 2-3 games, and it goes up 1%.

Kills are easy and so are the medals. Excessive maybe idts though. For medals use a fusion and go for "Cold Fusion" medals (2 kills in a life) they give the most progress. Do those and get any additional medals and you'll find probably up to 5% or so per game.

Go for as many per match though obviously. I just ran around with a main ingredient and rat king equipped with graviton forfeit. 2 kills with fusion, kill with rat king, invisible for like 8 seconds and pick up ammo repeat.
