Hello. Thanks for reaching out to us. If you see a "successful" screen but don't see any characters or anything resembling your old account, it's possible you migrated the wrong Blizzard account. Looking into your account information, I don't see any player history on the account.

  • Again I need to ask, in all seriousness. I am the OP, is this Bungie telling me to get bent? You more or less told me that I don't have the content I'm claiming I do. I have purchase records. Blizzard has purchase records. I need to know if this is your final answer on my problem so I can begin the task of taking other avenues to get your attention. You took something that I paid for and are now claiming I never had it. Or am I misunderstanding your response? I see this thread has been marked ''answered'

  • They have a ticket system for migration errors, I really do recommend hitting them up there. You might get an automated response, might not even get a response, but give them as much information as you can about the issue with an imgur album of all the issues ect. They're starting to somewhat acknowledge us. They've taken advice on a ticket system and implemented it, so let's use it. Give them as much info on the problem as we can so they can hopefully fix their mess ups. I'm in the exact same boat, dude. I hope you at the minimum can get DLC back.     i fail to migrate because my steam account have linked to the battle.net account that i am going to migrate i expect the remigrate will cover my save on steam and get my forsaken license on the steam account but i can't even remigrate again am i going to lose all the progress on battle.net and the forsaken dlc forever? it have been 10 days since the shadowkeep launch still no solution is given we need a update on the investigation keep asking us to retry migration won't help

  • bungie don't care about us at this point they just want more money from us making us make a new steam account just to play destiny that not a fix it is a lazy way to get more players to play. BUNGIE fix this like we been waiting all this time to play the game and went not going to make a new steam account just to play like

  • Hi. After I read this message I went over to check the history on my account and I found some very interesting things. First of all, on Bungie.net it appears that I have 165 days since I joined while that is not the case here as I've been playing Destiny 2 since November 2018. Bungie activity: https://imgur.com/a/kVZJNQa Another thing that I noticed is that there is no purchase history on Bungie.net so the Forsaken bundle that I purchased back in November does not appear. However, since the purchase was made through Battle.net I assume that it's normal not to see any non-silver transactions there. Bungie purchase history: https://imgur.com/nP1f63l Furthermore, to prove that I've played since November and I did purchase the Forsaken bundle please see the screenshot below from Battle.net purchase history. https://imgur.com/R5AEKeL And this is just for the missing license. Moreover, I checked the game activity as well and that is also missing from Bungie.net. Completely blank, no progress whatsoever. Bungie.net progress: https://imgur.com/N0aFt75 Yet, I was bright enough to stay logged into my Destiny 2 companion app. When I checked my phone to see if the progress reset there as well I saw that everything was still there from characters to legendary shards and bright dust.   • Update: I noticed that on Bungie.net my linked Battle.net tag was not the same as the one from the actual Battle.net account where the game's progress is saved to. This is a reply instead of an edit because I unlinked my steam account from the bungie.net account (ID 21093908) I used to write the first message. Apparently the correct bungie.net account that should have been linked with steam is (ID: 20122163). More details on this below. I've logged out from bungie.net and logged back in with the battle.net account and manually typed the credentials and it logged me on the account with the progress. Back when I did the migration to Steam I logged on Bungie.net through Steam and it looks like it was a bad idea as it logged into an account I did not know I had. (Same name, no pic and email address as the correct one). Anyhow, I unlinked the wrong account from Steam and tried to migrate the correct battle.net account. All nice and well until I met this error: https://imgur.com/fVGKVCm In my case, if it can merge on my steam account again the problem is fixed. For the people that read this, please check your account's information like I did and maybe we will find a fix for this problem faster.

  • Why don't you give us a proper answer like "we don't know what s going on but we're looking forward to help you" instead of giving us some "you nay have transfer to the wrong account" or "try again". Think about if the old player base just quit... Well, there won't be any destiny any more...

  • Exactly this! We’re not stupid. We love the game and didn’t want to lose any progress so we did as we were told. Most of us did the transfer ahead of time, again...as we were told...because...we don’t want to lose our progress! We want a fix, not a new steam account.

  • I have all my content missing, dont give me that bs about linking wrong accounts, i have 1 bnet acc and 1 steam acc. If you want proof, i can logon to my bnet acc and show you my transaction history which contains purchases of destiny 2 licenses along with the dlc and expansions

  • Transferred to the proper Bungie account from Blizzard. Nothing I had before is there I am uninstalling and never again purchasing anything with the Bungie name. Giving up entirely on Destiny franchise and anyone who own the title now and in the future. Great way to screw the customer base. Good luck with the bankruptcy.

  • Hello Bungie, I only have one Blizzard account. I only have one Steam account. I've added some images. I purchased all content up through Forsaken on Blizzards platform. My account had two guardians, and 0 silver. I was waiting for this change to happen to purchase Shadowkeep. I WANT to buy shadowkeep and keep playing. But not at the expense of a horrific customer experience and losing the hours I've already put in.   • Don't forget to leave bad reviews on steam about this issue. If we could get actual gaming news sources to acknowledge us, then maybe Bungie will acknowledge us finally after nearly 2 weeks. Spread the news that this is happening, even if you don't plan to play. The lack of acknowledgement for their own mess up here is incredibly sad, tbh. I linked the correct accounts, 100%. I have purchase proof that the Blizzard account linked had D2 and Forsaken. I have proof none of my licenses transferred. The lack of communication over this issue is frustrating and they shouldn't be allowed to get away with it, let's be real.
