A compromise (one run one chest, second run 2 chests, third run three chests building in succession up to 4/5, see True Vanguard video) would have been great. This hit to the ability to farm efficiently is so frustrating to me as a player of Destiny. Really hoping Bungie will look into a compromise (and new loot to keep Menagerie relevant) in future updates.

I just wish they added all the weapon types. Been too long since I've had a new Pulse or Scout that I liked.

I still don't get why the Devs felt it needed to be patched. It wasn't harming anything, if anything the player base for the activity is going to drastically decline due to the change. [b]I propose a "halfway happy" compromise: How about allowing us to slot runes at every encounter? Complete gauntlet get a chest....complete crystals : get a chest....that way it's still rewarding to play but not totally broken in our favor....[/b]

Should have never been fixed. If anything the ruins should have been capped at 10 each and that's it. Seriously probably over 100 ruins and can only open the cheat once. Really? Are you serious?

Beforehand I have to say I love Menagerie. And I love collecting guns in Destiny. Particularly good rolled guns out of my favourit categorys. For example I love the Parcel of Stardust Shotgun. I would love to use it waaay more if I only could get one with my favourite perks to fit my personal playstyle; Auto Loading Holster & Full Auto. Until menagery I didnt even consider farming this particular roll. It would have been an absolut inconsistant drop, with tons of `wrong´ perk combinations in a game mode I dont like too much. Accumulated timeefford to get it? Unpredictable due to to may rng-factors, but I assume a veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery long time. Then menagery dropped. I was stunned. I can specifically farm the guns with the rolls I want. Love the Austringer, want it with Outlaw/Rampage. Like the Sniper, will farm Snapshot/Quickdraw. Ooooooouhhh... the Maschinegun will be awesome with Feeding frenzy/Rampage... The Parcel is there, too? Wow.... And so on.... I dont know if anyone allready tried to farm more than 1 or maybe 2 specific `Goodrolls´ but let me tell you; the 6 to 7 you can get in 1 Run unnerved Menagery is nothing but guaranteed shards. You need dozens of runs and tons of runes (you have to farm beforehand, btw) to get something you reeeeeally like. And that is what I call an [u]awesome gamemode[/u] (for a Looter/Shooter). Now, post nerv, this thing is dead for me. Yeah, I will go there for the fun and gun - plays, but to multiply the time investment for 1 spin of a 1250 sided dice to get 1 or 2 specific numbers by 6 or 7 is.... maaaaaaaaaan.... -.- This is a little bit like Anthem. Players had waaay more fun with the broken loot system than with the later fixed one. For me personally this Menagerynerv is pretty similar. Loved it before, dead after. So, if anybody @Bungie is reading this; pleeeeeease, rethink this. Maybe limit it to, Idk, 1 mighty and 4 normal rewards per run or something (and remove the running... ;). But let lootwhores like me have fun with this. Doesnt hurt anyone. Thx. ;)

I’ll stay play menagerie, but not like before. The quest for a godroll weapon is next to impossible now. Time is actually life’s biggest currency. Now I’d lose 5x more if try and grind loot This game is more shooter than looter And most of the time you can’t even shoot the guns you actually want

Not really, anyone chasing specific rolls had plenty of time to get them....so it would have ripped naturally anyway...
