It sounds like you're just bad
No matter what any constructive criticism you receive about playing better and not rushing in, etc etc, you will blame the gun and not the common denominator in all of your issues, you.
I play crucible lots and have more issues with Telsto than any other weapon, especially Luna's.
You're just a complainer who can't get the guns yourself due to your ineptitude and failures. You won't tweak your play style to compensate for the obvious short coming you have and demand everyone else change theirs to make you feel better about your mediocre gun play.

Actually by technicality the luna/Not Forgotten perk should never have existed. It serves to unbalance the crucible and nothing more. As is if you know how to use luna/NF you will beat players who are not using them easyer then using a trust or other hand cannon in most scenarios. (Sept where ace of spades is involved)

That is the point of the gun? So you're saying Nerf the guns that require dedicated play to achieve? How selfish are you? Next you'll say that breakneck is OP in PVE because I can kill red bars faster then any other assault rifle? Stop asking for nerfs for top tier items. This line of thinking is why exotics used to blow and we had garbage raid drops, stop making everything a participation trophy. Work hard and get the items or don't and learn to adapt around. If you can't be good without Luna's then you don't deserve Luna's.

What I did say is that gram a design perspective the perk lunas howl should have never exsited because it fundamentally effects the game. When you loose a fight too Luna and it's a 3 tap. If you have any other hand cannon you could not win that gunfight unless they missed. Your skill doesn't matter in that encounter. Only there's and your ability to capitalise on it.

What? Skill doesn't matter only your ability to capitalize on it? Which is skill? Dude you went from sound arguments to butt hurt sounding almost unreadable garbage. Please refer to my previous points about break neck and it's perk being game braking and make every other assault rifle useless compared to as well as not being good enough for Luna's.

Trust vs lunas. Luna will 3 tap, trust will loose 100% of the time regardless of skill unless that Luna user misses a shot. This accounts even when range is strained a bit. That's what I said above. A proper comparison is if two players of equal skill faced off aginest one another who would win. The Luna user every time.

But it is? What else would it prove? If you give Luna's to players with equal skill it is a tie. Give a Luna's to a player with low skill and the skilled player wins more often than not due to skill. If you give a player with high skill Luna's and the other without, then the same event occurs but more so heavily weighed to the skill player because he now is skilled with a gun the rewards skilled players. What ever other course of logic you wee trying to reference fails because it is not logical.
