the wind is only good on a summer day. the wind is terrible in the winter where it makes it feel 20 degrees colder then it is. at a picnic the wind will blow all your food and plates and napkins all over the place. I agree the wind is mean.

That's true. Unless the wind is too strong. Then it's a struggle to get to where you're going whether you're walking, biking, or driving.
