You sir...... know what you want from your raid team! - I can stand behind about 75% of your requirements but some.. ehhhhhhh.. Some I would let slide... the Dubious Coil may not even be obtainable right outa the gate ( like the sleeper was... had to complete a quest over time ) and the veteran emblem .. could be some new guys out there that really excel at the game. But the communication, humor, exploration, owning up, etc - all that id agree on
