Ever since Rise of Iron, periodically while playing my screen will go blurry for just a few seconds, then will focus again. This is a fade effect, not instantaneous. I've heard others talk about the same thing, and no one has been able to pin down a particular circumstance that causes it. Happens in pve and pvp. Didn't see any existing help articles on it, so thought I'd post here and see if anyone knew what's up.
