1 返信I honestly am awful with shotguns but after a few quick games I was practically forced into the matador I got from the shaxx supremacy quest. Shotguns are not the problem they don't need a nerf. The problem is the game mode. Never, ever, allow supremacy in IB again. Certain game types do not fit a level enabled 6v6 PvP at all, imagine if they just said screw it! 12 man rumble for IB!! You'd see an overwhelming amount of shotguns again because of the game type. CQC between groups of 6 people on Control is madness enough but at least there's three caps and rotating captures (oh how I miss when my only worry was people trying to cap all 3). Now everyone is bumping shoulders to get to one engram sized piece of ground. I simply don't like shotguns but think they're balanced enough. Bungie forced one into our hands here and the ones reaping the benefits aren't at fault.

I'm trying not to add to the cancer by using the opposite archetype of shotguns. The higher RoF and lower impact. They seem more fun to use (I've picked up 2 already, will get the vendor one tomorrow bc of rangefinder)

86 通の返信This is the most fun I've honestly had in Iron Banner for a long time. Snipers are extinct because of the nature of the game mode to be up close and get crests. And thank god for that because being able to lock down a single lane (1/3 of the map) with a -blam!-ing special weapon was stupid as shit. Just as stupid as all these sniper users complaining about shotguns in a game mode that favours them. Don't worry guys! When it's back to control you can be boring and hide behind your kiddy scopes again. This Iron Banner is for the players who like action over sitting back and being a bitch.
