The Taniks cloak has been in the game for a long time, also Omnigul has had class items for some time as well.
The loot tables have been expanded though specific items are not guaranteed.
I however, can't even get the keys to drop so I can't understand your complaint.

Eh, it's forums not English class so I could care less about proper grammar. I just wish Bungie wouldve publicly announced the loot pool for strikes would be expanded rather than having Guardians get wrecked by RNG then complaining just like I am. I thought taniks just had a cloak and Omnigul just had a warlock bond and grasp of Malok for strike specific loot. Oh well, I've given up with PvE
