360 Disc does not work in XboxOne/XboxOne S
If you login to XboxLive and purchase the Destiny "Upgrade:The Collection" you will download the entire game digital and will not need the disc anymore. Otherwise your going to have to buy the "The Collection" at full price and get the disc. I did this on my phone and it worked pretty well.
Personally I just paid the $40 today so I could get rid of my Disc and go strickly digital on my XboxOne. =)
When you login to your XboxOne you will be able to play the current Taken King game and your characters should transfer over. Day of Release of Rise of Iron you'll be able to download/play it.

Yes, let me see if I can find it. Like i said when i looked for it I typed in the following. Destiny Then I scrolled through everything until I found "Destiny - The Collection Upgrade" Do you have a phone with the Xbox App installed? I found it much easier that way and purchased it that way. I was trying to get you a screen shot, but its not letting me since I've already purchased it apparently.
