Message told me to 'remove bastets dream emblem'
After months of trying to get to lighthouse, realised that I needed a carry and got first lighthouse trip last weekend. With it came the Bastets Dream emblem. Have had the emblem on since then.
In a match of salvage (yesterdays daily), and got a spanking from a well drilled team. The rest of us were soloing it. I hold my hands up - I had a nightmare.
Post match got a message from an opponent saying "you must of got a carry. remove that emblem'. I didn't respond as I'd more than likely get myself banned. Are destiny players really that salty that they have to send messages like this, even when they win?
I used to draw hate using uni remote, now I can't even wear trials emblems without getting hate mail!

2 通の返信Just like internet trolling, you'll get hate mail for just about anything under the sun if you happen to play a jerk. Don't read much into it beyond the fact that roughly 20% of humanity view Trump as their role model.

If you have the emblem and you like it then wear it. Who gives a flying flip what any one else thinks. You were there with 2 other guys and you got it then it's yours. Alot trolls on hear really need a real life ass beating then maybe they wouldn't be such douchebags.

Trials is made for the elite if yiu can't get there with work and effort and long sessions of being punished till your forced to get better and outplay opponents then yiu really don't deserve it tbh I will one of the money of triumph was to go flawless tht way to some the stuff u get is rare because not everyone can do it without a carry

I understand where you are coming from but the he nailed it. I am hopeless at pvp but am still working on it, if I ever get to the lighthouse I know that I will have earned it. I think that salty hate mail is rude and I report it every time.

Personally I've earned every lighthouse trip just because I feel that is the main point of trials. However, at the end of the day it's a game and you can do whatever you want. It's your emblem and you should wear it. Even in earning mine I still have bad games sometimes. Pretty sure everyone does.

4 通の返信Whenever I see someone with a flawless emblem going like 0.35 every game, my first thought is always that they don't deserve it.. But that's probably because I'm still salty as fk that I've never been to the Lighthouse.. I'm legit considering paying for a carry just for the Grimoire so I can break 4900. I'm tired of seeing ppl on my friends list who I know are shit with the flawless emblems.

Rock it. It's not real. Destiny falls into the same category as cosplay and airsoft. It's all for fun. It's has no impact on your real life, unlike the aforementioned Olympic medal or MoH, which come with real, tangible benefits.

You can turn off messages for people not on your friend's list, if it really bothers you. And also, you can wear whatever you want. Who cares what people think, if it looks nice and you want to wear it, then do so. But do expect hate, it comes with the territory.

Personally I like to get carried to the lighthouse, take a big old dump right in the chest, wipe my ass with the emblem and then leave the emblem up for months while not playing trials. Until maybe the next emblem cones out. Maybe.

I can honestly see myself acting like this when I was about 13, so unless I'm just different, that shows how many kids there are that don't know how to behave, or teens/young adults that have the mental capacity as someone of this age, dominate these forums. It's so sad.

18 通の返信Cleveland won the NBA finals, but LeBron isn't the only one allowed to wear the ring. Everyone who was on the team gets to wear the ring. Even bech warmers and office people. Robert Horry has 7 NBA championship rings with 3 different teams. He deserves to wear every one even if he was a role player on those teams. My point is, even if everyone on your team was better than you and you didn't actually contribute much to the end result. You were still part of the team. You were there. Even if you only occupied that third spot on the fireteam. Someone had to be that third player and fill that role. Everyone who has the emblem deserves to wear it for that simple fact.

Hahahahahahahahahaha man people get so butthurt over this game.......guys its not even that great of a game . Sure it's been fun playing it , and I was a sweaty try hard in year one like alot of these goons. But after awhile you realize it's just a game..........just like every other game. Wear what ever emblem you want man! Half of these turkeys who "earned" their emblem probably had someone DDoSing the other team or were carried themselves. Don't let there saltiness fool you ;-) . Plus like I originally said its just a video game

4 通の返信Did you get any kills in your flawless run? Revive a teammate? Play distraction or bait at any point? If you did any of these things, along with many other things that led you to contribute something to the matches, then you earned the right to use the emblem. -blam!- the haters, man, carry on doing your thing and use any emblem you want.
