Just curious, and be honest about it. I've seen some craziness when it comes to getting put into a raid, especially on Hard mode. What is the bare minimum that you or your team have as a requirement to play? Even if it's a total dick list of requirements I wanna hear em'!

Well, I've never ran the hard raid so, if I was leading my requirements would be: Light of 305< 2 ears and know how to use them, listening is the secret op strategy. 2 thumbs, please don't die, in the normal raid I'd be more lenient but the hard raid we need to stay alive. Rotation call outs for oryx, golgoroth, etc. Information op, please give. A good attitude. Friendly banter, funny conversation, lightheartedness is a must, if you've not got broad humour I'm afraid we can't be friends. As long as you call the information or can come up with a funny quip as to why you forgot.

1. Fess up if you screw up, I won't kick you but I don't want it to happen again if we can avoid it 2. Don't be a dick to any teammates, no exceptions. 3. Whether you've done it or not be open to feedback, I've ran the raids tons times and I still learn small things every now and then 4. Meet the minimum light/level requirement 5. Don't make consistent annoying sounds through your headset (music, dogs barking, some players yell for whatever reason)

Some common sense. That's all. Really it can be annoying when I have to tell a team how to the entire raid over and over again. I don't mind telling them how to do it and even failing a few times but consistent failure on something I've explained again and again just grinds my gears.

3 通の返信If I make post to recruit people again I just want experience and not 3 hours on warpriest (which happend yesterday but it was funny asf) and maybe a touch of malice
we made it to oryx lol
3 通の返信It changes depending on how old the raid is. At first I just look for sensible people that dont squeak and have mild amount of coordination. After a month or so I look for people around the same level/experience as myself as i'm looking to grind out multiple runs as quickly as possible. After 6 months I'll happily carry a couple of noobs as long as I have a core of 3-4 that are proficient.

If we ever raid with someone outside my normal group, the requirements have always been: - Don't take this shit too seriously because we'll laugh at you (we literally joke the entire time) - Know what you're doing × - Don't be a dick × Less of a requirement but more of a preference. We've taken inexperienced players through the raids. For the most part we're pretty patient (to an extent) and super chill.
