Vape. A simple but powerful word. In today's world, vaping is everywhere. Vape headquarters and Vape shops are opening up all around. But is vaping truly a healthy alternative to smoking?
Vaping is in fact incredibly healthy. The chemicals found inside e-juice(s) do not harm the human body and have been revealed to be potential substitutes for medicines.
I'm kidding. Or?

Steve of Stevesにより編集済み: 8/9/2016 6:14:01 PMI don't care if someone wants to smoke or vape. As someone who smoked for 14 years, vaping is definitely a healthier alternative and is great for people who want to quit smoking cigarettes. I tried going cold turkey multiple times, but kept going back. Vaping helped me to stop smoking completely, and having the option to vape e-juice with lower and lower nicotine levels allowed me to gradually wean myself off cigarettes. Vaping has kept me free from cigarettes for almost 4 years now. If I had to choose between vaping or cigarettes, I would choose vaping. If I could go back in time, I never would have picked up that first cigarette.

A lot more testing must be done. I did read a study that high voltage e-cigs (the ones that are adjustable) can produce more formaldehyde than cigarettes. I have also read a study that they seriously lower your lungs bacterial defences. So I would say no, it's not a healthy alternative to smoking. It is possibly a less harmful alternative to smoking though.

Vaping CAN be healthy. Several juice brands have been tested and proven to have chemicals that cause Upper respiratory problems Popcorn lung Cancer Amongst other things. However! It is a "healthier alternative" and if you need to quit smoking is an excellent start. Just be weary of the brand, as despite the fact most juice mixes use vegetable glycerin, some use a different glycerin used in antifreeze. Vg is much cleaner

weirdboy99により編集済み: 8/9/2016 8:05:53 AMNo I don't think so. Let me explain. A sigarette only contains a certain amount of nicotin, I smoke a sigarette only for a few minutes and I am done, I throw it away and don't smoke again for a while. With vaping you really have no control over how much nicotin you consume therefore you might get too much of it in your blood. The health risks of nicotin are worse than that of just the smoke. This is my opinion ofcourse and in no way proven......yet. Edit:Also vaping sounds like doing something inapropiate :-) Americans might look at you in a funny way if you say "I am going outside to vap for a while" :-)

Retro_Spectiveにより編集済み: 8/9/2016 7:49:59 AMWe won't know anything for a few more year's, it could be extremely unhealthy. That's the problem with a new drug, the unnecessary risks you take. I just went cold turkey, stopped smoking after 13 years of poisoning my lungs. It's all about willpower.

If youre concerned about "healthy alternatives" then you should probably focus on just stopping all together. Theres not really a middle. Hell I remember when everyone thought hooka was like "the safe route" when in reality its absolutely killer on you lmao. No disrespect to anyone and by all means do what you want, but just saying I dont think theres a silver lining anywhere if youre looking for one. Well, maybe eatables, go do that
