Hey son, let's work hard to achieve our goals, for a reward we can start playing Destiny together. As long as we take care of our real world responsibility, no problem playing video games for entertainment. Just have some balance in life kid.
Update, hey kid, we can't play together now even though you worked hard to achieve those goals and have developed a good balance of choices in life. Apparently we can't join as a fireteam because we are on the same network. That's too bad because you're almost level 40 now which would allow us to do some things I know you want to do since you've heard me talk about my clan completing end game content.
I'm pretty much okay with anything UNLESS SOMEONE OR SOMETHING INTERFERES WITH MY ABILITY TO ENJOY MY TIME WITH MY FAMILY.
Come on guys, I'm a long time gamer who has fully supported Destiny both monetarily and in the community. If you want to get something done, you'll find a way, if not, you'll find an excuse.
Hey there,
Bungie is aware and actively investigating this issue impacting players not being able to join fireteams.

Check your network setting and make sure everything is set correctly. Look at the network troubleshoot guide. Make sure your NAT is open. Try to assign static IP's to each machine and try to rename each console so they have separate names on the network.
I play with my daughter and we are on the same network. She is even on Wifi and me cabled and we don't have issues nor red bar. Although saying your a green bar doesn't mean much these days. hehe
What issues are you having?
