Why Specials Only?!
What is Bungie thinking making it so easy to get special ammo an play the entire match with exclusively shotgun? And what buffoon thought it was a good idea to make Universal Remote?
And why do people play that way? Is Destiny more fun as a "Space Magic Epic featuring Shotguns"? PvP is such a mess that even CoD's multiplayer looks decent and balanced in comparison. It's stupid.
If you are a try hard that exclusively uses special and want to cry on this post please feel free to! I could use the heads up so I can mute you and make this board look a bit more decent.

1 返信Dude it's not just shotguns. If you wanna whine about them you have to count snipers as just as large a problem

2 通の返信Because primary weapons keep getting the crap nerfed out of them to the point where it's a more reliable tactic to often use your specials. The other problem is the map design. They promote either extremely aggressive or extremely passive playstyles rather than midrange firefights.

3 通の返信Yeah it's pretty bad, but they do it to cater to the casual players that just want to get in and kill something. They took out starting ammo in 3v3 before and admitted it wasn't done in 6v6 because they want it to be casual friendly. Which I can only assume the frequency of ammo is dictated by that idea as well. The game plays poorly for it, and they've been wanting to reduce the chaotic nature of PvP. Funny that part of the problem is that right there. There are other ways they could influence usage, like the scoring system.

10 通の返信What's wrong with pushing an enemy closing a gap and out playing your opponent with a shotgun? I mean the game has a built in radar.

8 通の返信Can someone tell me whats the deal with universal remote? I dont use shotguns or snipers and see this gun getting death threats so can someone enlighten me as to why its despised? Thanks

Just played a match of control and ran around using my efrideet's spear very freely and wasting ammo and when I checked how much ammo I had, it was usually around 14-17 and up to 20 bullets in reserve. Now this gun does have surplus to be fair.

1 返信Then go play cod. And before that, you could have more special ammo every 20-30sec in a party, if you still crying about it, then you have a problem.

4 通の返信Lol, it sounds like someone is salty. And actually there is far less special ammo lying around in crucible these days. They pretty much nerfed every primary there is, so that alone just promotes people to use their special weapons just a little bit more. I'd love to cross map you with my hand cannon but I can't now, since the damage drop off is so bad now. But really tho, if you keep getting shotgunned, that's just your own fault.
