Zuko because I liked how his character developed so dynamically as the series developed. Even when he was purely a prideful villain in the beginning I felt like there was something to him that I couldn't help but root for. Don't get me wrong I loved almost everyone on Avatar, but I feel like I wanted to see Zuko through to the end because I knew what would happen to the good guys, but not with him.
