Seriously? It's sad that a raid comes to a halt when it comes time to select a gaze taker. No your spindle does not exempt you from having to do it. No the fact that you are somehow "bad at it" does not exempt you. After 6 failed attempts in hardmode with a group today I took it upon myself to take the gaze. it was my first time and we did it easily on my first try. There is no excuse anymore. It isn't difficult to do at all, there isn't even a learning curve.
