Basically just a reshoot of episodes 4 and 6
An even BIGGER Death Star!?
Literally no character development from the main female protagonist. Although I enjoyed the black protagonist. He was (aside from Han Solo and Chewy, obvious crutches) the most interesting and developed character in the movie.
Plot holes so large that even a star destroyer could fit through them.
Not lore friendly at all.
Luke Skywalker was click bait.
The social commentary was so nauseatingly obvious and offensive, the rebel force was full of cultural diversity and fighting the good fight while the first order was literally all evil white men.
And the biggest turd of them all, Kylo Ren has got to be the worst and most insulting replacement for Darth Vader they could have ever possibly used! Seriously this actor should be ashamed to be called a sith. He's a little punk bitch of a character who throws temper tantrums, has a lame voice and an even uglier face. His costume is whack, ship isn't even that cool looking, has a stupid and unnecessary hilted lightsaber and somehow can't over power a super skinny little girl who has lived off scavenging and eating "1/2 portions" on Jakku (oh I mean tatooine) for her whole life. Pathetic!
I give the movie a C-
With that said, I'm still gonna go see episodes 8 and 9.
How does this relate to destiny you may wonder? Well they reused the same things and it had a crap story but wasn't it pretty to look at!
Basically just a reshoot of episodes 4 and 6
There were certainly many Episode 4 parallels. The difference here is that you say it as a negative- I say it as a positive.

An even BIGGER Death Star!?
It's more interesting than a Death Star. It literally sucks up Stars. Pretty neat. Again, what you say as a bad thing, I say as a good thing.

Literally no character development from the main female protagonist.
Now that's just unarguably untrue.

Plot holes so large that even a star destroyer could fit through them.
Which ones?
Not lore friendly at all.
They said years before the movie came out that they were considering all non-movie/TV things non-canon.

Luke Skywalker was click bait.
Pretty much.

Their 'lead Stormtrooper' was female. Considering you only see the faces of a very small number of First Order individuals, there's really nothing to back up that claim from what I see.
