Why are you still playing Destiny?
It's a serious question. I bought fallout 4, black ops, and the last of us. I haven't logged into Destiny for a month.
So why do you play? Honestly every single reward from the game is terrible. So you play the same exact strikes and raids for gear that is a higher number and that won't even matter in weeks or months... Video games are suppose to be fun and I don't see how players are still enjoying Destiny. I actually am embarrassed I grinded the same missions, strikes and raids for glimmer, marks and obsolete gear.... Do yourself a favor and buy some new games this holiday season.
Edit 1: This is meant towards day 1 players. The players who have logged in 1000+ hours. If you still grind nightfalls and daily missions every week to get marks and buy silver and go on patrol for bounties; you are addicted. Buy a new game please, I promise it gets better!

Edit 3: Haha people getting so mad, it's funny. You aren't going to upset me by talking shït.
Edit 4: I guess people aren't realizing. If you post a negative comment, you get a negative remark. If you post positive feedback, you get a positive remark! Funny how that works!
Edit 5: wow a 5th edit lol... Just wanted to point out how every negative comment comes from someone with 3 level 40s.... Desticles can't handle shït lol

4 通の返信I think you said the answer. I find destiny enjoyable. It's just fun. Isn't that would a game is supposed to be? I know everyone else may not agree that they enjoy it. But I do.

1 返信I haven't played since bo3 dropped. Bungie is going the wrong way with the game. I preferred how it played right after launch. Even after loot cave patches.

8 通の返信Some people acctully enjoy the game like me i dont really care if its the same things all the time, it's the people that make it different besides i still have loads of things to do in it

I've also learned not to dedicate all time to it like I used to. I raid weekly (because I thoroughly enjoy King's Fall), I run my Nightfalls (for no real reason, apparently), and run strikes and crucible when I want a little more, but when I've had my share I play or do something else. That being said, I'm fortunate enough to have accumulated a wealth of planetary mats and motes in year one, so the grind isn't really a thing for me.

1 返信I don't really. Most of my friends stopped playing when the Eververse trading crap happened and it's no fun alone. The news of the Sparrow racing convinced me to log on today for the first time in a long while to see if I'd be prepared for tomorrow, and I realized how low of a light level I have. Doubt I'll ever raise it though, grinding is boring with friends, so I can only imagine what it's like alone.

10 通の返信I've enjoyed the friends I've made so getting together in reset is still fun. The drops stuck tho luckily the challenge mode drops 320 great and weapons because the game hardly does.

2 通の返信Yeah I've been away from the game for a month almost and I can't say I miss it. Once I really realized how much the "sunk cost falacy" was affecting me I realized I was just tricking myself into playing without really having fun. I'm sure there are lots who enjoy it and good for them I'm just not one. There's no reason to bash those ppl. There's lots of things destiny offers to those who haven't played rpg style games before but I'm just bored and taking a long break.
