quoted from Bungie's notes: "Luck in the Chamber on Sniper Rifles now only buffs precision damage" forgive me if I am totally missing something here, but "precision shots" are in the head correct?!?!? sooooo...... anyone ever hit someone in the head with a sniper and have them NOT die? any sniper with Luck in the Chamber just became worthless in PvP, the buff doesn't matter if it's a one shot precision anyway. edit - yes, i get that they are trying to kill the litc perk for pvp..... just tired of complainers always getting perks or the game changed edit - under normal conditions people, c'mon now..... "but if a hammer is under super that's not a 1 shot" - really LOL edit - this is also about people complaining to get things they don't like, like litc removed..... same deal with Thorn, Last Word, Felwinter, shot package on shotguns, original Suros, Vex, etc.... now people think pulse rifles are too strong, they're getting nerfed. the point is, people can't stop complaining about every little thing....what's next firefly
