When goku faces off with the God of destruction (supposed to be the strongest god) he holds his own. With three punches the can shatter the universe completely (as a by product not even intending to do it). I dont think it really matters what game/anime universe you put goku in... He simply wins because they have powered him up so much to the point he can destroy the entire universe down to the smallest bit of matter.... It's absurd I know, but i dont think any power would be effective on his strongest state at all.
