As title says. Strand Sword. Mine was level 151, tried to upgrade tiers, didn't work. Upgraded the level and tried again, nothing. I get the message at the bottom of the screen, saying that it worked, but the sword itself doesnt change. Not sure if there'd be anything upgradable, I had already upgraded it at the time of crafting(had the mats to sit and level it). I simply wanted to see 5 "stars"(?) On my loadout. Am I complaining over nothing, or do the craft able swords NOT have the tiers offered? (The button/tab to upgrade tiers is there and usable)
