Completed Edge of fate Legend campaign no exotic arms
I completed the campaign on legend difficulty and I never received the exotic titan arms. I have tried everything including re-doing the campaign over. I sure everything was on Legend difficulty, relogged in and closing and reopening the game. I switched characters and waited for reset. I am at a loss right now. 5+ hours wasted.

You've spread the missions across multiple characters, for a class to be eligible to claim the exotic from the Altar you need to do all 14 missions on it. From the looks of it - you're missing Fallow, Nostos, Saturnism, Transient, and Gouge on your Titan as they were done on your Hunter. Double check your game history and complete any missing missions not in your Titans history.
