Interesting that you have not mentioned the lack of good story, or missions, a lot of people don't seem to be interested in that, and then wonder why they are displeased, it's pretty much the corner stone of what makes a good video game

I definitely care about the story. If it were up to me I'd have an incredibly long story arc, with almost a hundred missions.

Most his points seem to be towards PvP on PC for the game. But the lack of any caring from the devs seems real. It seems they just hoped on the “season” train like every other developer to squeeze money and if players. And dripping content is their way of thinking you’ll stay engaged as this creates a time commitment to play their game only.
