Cherished Constellation triumph bug - Stuck at 17/18
Hi,
Seems the triumph is bugged, stuck at 17/18, cant place the last ghost in the flower pot.
I have gone round and checked all the ghosts twice, and deffo got all 18.
Reddit seems to be having people with a similar bug, but seems to be different locations that they cant place them in.
Haven't seen this on the known issues, so might be worth getting some more traction so it can be investigated.

I know for sure I picked up the Artesis Piker ghost, but I cannot place it in the Books as shown on the map. That said, this quest is BUGGY. I got to pick up the Europa Matrix Piker ghost twice! It's worse than that. If you stack multiple ghosts without placing them, you are stuck at a lower number. I am at 14/18 and have collected all ghosts. At once point I saw a diamond on the dredge outside, but it did nothing.
