Hey there, try logging out of Bungie.net and logging back in with your Epic Games credentials.
One of two things should happen.
1 - You'll get logged back into this same Bungie Account. In the Cross Save section, Epic Games will automatically be authenticated.
2 - You'll get logged into another Bungie Account or the system will ask if you want to make one/link one. In this case, the Epic Games account is not the one linked to the Bungie Account you are posting on.

Just tried logging back in to Bungie using my epic credentials and it was asking me to link my Bungie account to my epic. Tried it and it said my Bungie account was already linked to another account. Already contacted Epic about my issue, told them I needed access to the epic account it was linked to and they were no help at all.

Thanks, unfortunately that's confirmation that the Epic Games account linked to your Bungie Account here is a different account to the one you just logged into the site with. That is the reason why trying to authenticate the old account always failed. Epic Games is the only one who can recover access to the old account, but I'm not sure how the process works. If you tried talking to them about Bungie or Cross-Save, that just confuses them, you need to give them something to help them identify the account, like old email addresses, dates of purchases (from your bank/card statements) etc. Recovering the account is the only solution, there is no workaround.
