War Chest says "Pikers Syndicate not unlocked." EXPECTED RESULT: Be able to deposit Dark Matter Ingots to advance reputation with allied faction. I have not switched alliances to other factions before using the Campaign Skip (gotta get that Refurbished, lol). Also, I checked the Known Issues thread and did not see this issue listed. *EDIT* Figured it out! My 2nd character needed to go to the bar in the cantina and pick up the Territory Wars Begin quest. I completed it, and was able to interact with the War Chest. My 3rd character didn't have the quest waiting for them at the bar. I'll leave this up so other people can see the solution.
