When Meditating you dont recieve the aspects or fragments.
Friend was trying to get new solar aspects and fragments, he could buy them but when mediatating afterwards he would not recieve the items.

Can you tell them to try going from Orbit to the Annex and then to Ikora? there was an old bug that hadn't been fixed that blocks meditating from working if you went to her from the Tower courtyard. It might not work but it did work for people in the past week or two.
