You may want to try the following steps as well:

unfortunately I have tried all of the suggested steps to resolve the issue but there have been no developments to come of them. the issue still persists with no sign of them being resolved

If the error persists it may point toward a potential hardware issue. We recommend moving the game to a different storage drive if available, just to test if the storage device is at fault. Unfortunately, if the error continues you may need to reach out to a specialist for further troubleshooting.

This did not work, I fully uninstalled destiny 2 from steam and re-installed it on another SSD with no resolution, I also formatted both drives with zero errors occurring. on the matter of this being a hardware issue is just absurd my pc is only 2 years old, purchased from a reputable source and has zero overclocking installed, with playing other games I have had no problems running them on my system just destiny. If this is a hardware problem I believe it is on destiny's side and not being compatible with the 40 series graphics card in my system. in regards to reaching out to a specialist I believe that would be the best option at this point; dose bungie provide that service? if so where can I contact them?.
