This isn't an official response from Bungie, but rather the response of an incompetent moderator. It's time to acknowledge that this is a shadow ban of the CIS segment, motivated by Bungie's political motives, and not a restriction imposed by local "laws" that no one knows about. Relying on some moderator's excuse is ridiculous.
