I am in Ontario, it says it will come back online 12pm PDT which is 3pm my time... I thought it would be noon my time so i am very bummed i was looking forward to playing Festival Of The Lost forever...

10am PDT is when downtime is scheduled to end. 12pm PDT is when background maintenance is scheduled to end. If there are no extensions to downtime then the servers should be back up in a few minutes.
