why? and help
so my account on xbox gotten hacked. i was in the prossess of removing it all from all my accounts then i ran into here. bungie CANT DO ANYTHING TO REMOVE IT so they told me to go to microsoft. i go there ask them for help they said "we cant do anything on a third party website" so i go back and ask once more remove my account bungie. not undserstanding the situation decides to tell me TO GO BACK TO MICROSOFT. WELL I CANT AND NOW IM STUCK HOW DO I REMOVE MY SECOND ACCOUNT ON CROSS SAVEEEE

The [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/35597981889300-Notice-Bungie-net-Account-Unlinking-Update-on-March-25-2025]March 25th linking change[/url] made account links permanent (except Twitch). You will need to work with Microsoft to recover the account in order to secure it as it cannot be unlinked - Bungie will not do it as a mattery of policy and as you've seen Microsoft are not able to. If Microsoft cannot or will not give you back the account then the person with access to it will have permanent access to your Bungie.net account and Steam characters/gear etc unless the Xbox account gets banned by Microsoft.
