Would you be able to provide a video of this issue occurring? Uploading to a public video hosting site like YouTube works best.

I wanted to make a video as you requested, but logged in instead. The problem is gone - the message about servers not being available is gone and I can sign in normally. I’ll make a video if this problem returns.
