Please Fix Enhanced Recycled Energy
Recycled Energy currently works in a kinda mid way, but at least it works. The enhanced version does nothing.

Oh in solstice now and still getting this perk on nearly every tier 3 which is annoying, unless it got buffed or reworked and im clueless. This perk is alrdy on travelers chosen why doesn't it work like that?
