Legacy Collection 2024 is not implemented
Hi Bungie
I have issues on the heresy episode after cross save my data from steam to PS5
Before i knew cross save. I install the destiny 2 with legacy collection whole new player. I have access to the legacy collection with heresy episode season pass where i can get Trace Rifle Lodestar on rank 1.
After i knew cross save and move my character to ps5 the heresy season pass and legacy collection all the sudden not working or implemented.
Please help if you can check on this or reach me out personally.

What you've done is launched D2 before enabling cross-save, and as a result the Heresy pass was applied to your now dormant PSN account. Go to https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items and use 'Submit Ticket' at the bottom. As for the expansions not moving, that's intended as they're platform licensed. Those have to be purchased on each individual platform you want to use them on.
