Voice Chat Not Enabling in Settings...
I have been trying for a while now to get Voice Chat to enable in Settings, but it just flips from "off" to "on" and then back to "off."
I have unlinked my Parental Account from my kids Bungie account, and re-linked it, but it still is happening, even after allowing Voice Chat and Text Chat on her profile.
So, what is the next step? All settings on her Xbox have been set to allow everyone for Voice Chat, and we dont have a problem in Fortnite. My nephew who is the same age as her has no problems either on his Xbox, and the settings are the same.

That said, if none of the above helps, you'll need to disable parental controls on both the child and adult account, then complete the parental controls setup process anew.
